3. Client Obligations

• Access: The client must provide administrative access to the website, hosting, and social media accounts as required.

• Accuracy: The client is responsible for ensuring that all business information provided to us is accurate and legal.

• Approvals: Delays in client approvals for content or technical changes may extend the project timeline.

4. Payment Terms

• Services are billed on a monthly subscription or project basis as agreed in the initial proposal.

• Invoices must be paid by the due date to avoid service interruption.

• Failure to pay within 15 days of the due date may result in the suspension of all active campaigns.

5. Limitation of Liability Ranking Help shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, data, or ranking drops caused by search engine algorithm updates, third-party hosting issues, or actions taken by the client without our consultation.

6. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Any outstanding payments for work completed must be cleared upon termination.

7. Confidentiality We value your privacy. All proprietary information, business strategies, and login credentials shared with Ranking Help will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
